In this video Amy Edmondson, Harvard Business School professor,will tell you that how learning from trivial looking failure and working on them is important to avoid fatal accidents like Space Shuttle Columbia disaster.Her extensive research on this disaster also teaches us that how important is taking signs of possible failure seriously.
